Mark Caswell began serving as Senior Pastor here at Preston Ridge in June 2024. With a deep passion for preaching God’s Word and shepherding the local church, Mark brings over two decades of ministry experience—including roles in youth ministry, church planting, and as an associate pastor. Mark is a graduate of the University of North Texas and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Mark and his wife, Terra, have two sons: Hudson, a college student at SMU, and Jack, who’s in high school at Legacy Christian Academy. As a family, they love making memories together, whether traveling, cheering on Dallas sports teams, or just spending quality time at home. In his downtime, Mark enjoys reading, exploring new places, and watching a good game.

He counts it a great joy to lead and serve the people of Preston Ridge, pointing them to Jesus and helping them take their next step with Jesus.

Missions Minister

Jibin Mathew joined Preston Ridge Church in August 2025 as Mission Minister, driven by a passion for sharing the gospel both locally and globally. His ministry experience spans church planting and pastoral leadership in India and the USA. He holds a Bachelor’s in Theology, a Master’s in Psychology, and is currently pursuing a second Master’s at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Serving alongside his wife, Sherin, and their daughter Olivia, Jibin envisions the Church as a Spirit-led community that offers a foretaste of the Kingdom of God—pointing toward the day when Christ will fully establish His reign and people from every “ethnos” will worship Him together. He is deeply committed to the Great Commission, believing that every believer is called to actively engage in mission, making disciples, and extending the gospel to all nations.

The Mathews enjoy traveling, connecting with people, and savoring the richness of diverse cultures and cuisines.

Student Pastor

Zander became the Youth Pastor in August of 2024. He loves all Dallas sports teams, and truly believes that he is a top 10 Mario Kart player. Zander has been involved with Kanakuk Ministries for years, including Kampout, Link Year, and others. 

He is passionate about the discipleship of teens and developing leaders. His desire is to see the students of Preston Ridge fall in love with Jesus and to have a blast while teaching truth.

Minister of Connections & Discipleship

Byron began serving as Connections and Discipleship Pastor at Preston Ridge in June 2026.  He brings 30 years of ministry experience, which includes 5 churches. Byron has served as a youth minister, a college and singles minister, and 16 of those years as a senior pastor.  Mission involvement is a priority as he led those churches to work in Mongolia, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Morocco, Germany, England, and Mexico.  Byron is a graduate of Hardin Simmons University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. 
Byron and his wife, Dalissa, have three children.  Dalissa is a teacher in the Frisco Independent School District. Cole is a young professional working in the health and nutrition industry. Chloe is a young professional working in the cosmetology industry. Conley is a student at Liberty High School.   As a family, they love the beach and the mountains. Experiencing life together is a priority for them and making memories is their joy!   Byron enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing the guitar.  The ocean is his favorite place to visit and where he feels the Glory of God and His mighty hand of creation.   

Byron considers it a great privilege to serve under Pastor Mark and alongside the other ministry staff of Preston Ridge. He looks forward to making much of Jesus at Preston Ridge and helping others take their next step with Jesus! 

Executive Assistant & Event Coordinator

Bethany began serving Preston Ridge Church in June, 2026, and brings a rich background in both non-profit and education, most recently as Assistant Principal at Legacy Christian Academy.  She is passionate about encouraging and loving people well, and helping people deepen their relationship with both Jesus and each other. 

Bethany and her husband, Jerry, have one son, William, who is a student at Baylor University. As a family, they enjoy hanging out together, cheering at football games and the occasional Disney cruise. Personally, she loves to read, to write, and exploring new coffeeshops with friends. She is thrilled to serve the people of Preston Ridge as they take their next steps with Jesus.
