Will weaver
Will and his wife Traci transplanted to Texas from Oklahoma 16 years ago. They have two boys, Oliver and Watson, and have been members at Preston Ridge for more than 15 years. Will is a history and theology teacher at a local Christian private school. At Preston Ridge, he has primarily served in the Life Group ministry as a teacher and a leader in the young families group for the last 10 years, but also in the Children’s Ministry, Student Ministry, and as a deacon. Will is an ordained minister, proud father and avid reader.

Andrew Bell
Andrew Bell, Elder at Preston Ridge Church. Janet and he joined the church in 2001 by Transfer of Letter. Andrew accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord in September of 1989 at a revival at Richardson East Baptist Church in Richardson. He was ordained as a deacon at Preston Ridge Church in January of 2008. Janet and he currently co-leads the Gospel Project Class with Greg and Aimee Thompson and have been doing that since 2019. In the past they have served in the Student and Youth Ministries at PRC. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas. He and his wife are partners with Andrew’s sister in a small Industrial supply company in McKinney called TIMSCO International.

Bryan morgan
Bryan is married to Jennifer Morgan. They have two young adult children. Bryan and Jennifer joined PRC in 2001 and both have served PRC in various ways. In addition to his current role, Bryan has served as Deacon, Finance Committee Chairperson and Personnel Committee Chairperson. Bryan is also a Director of Solutions Delivery at an international technology solutions consulting firm.

ray deaton
Ray is married to Jennifer Weinkam Deaton and they have five adult children, son, Jake Deaton and his wife, Haley, daughters, Amaris & Cami Deaton and sons, Griffin & Mitchell Weinkam. Ray grew up in Dallas, Texas where he attended church and grade school at First Baptist Church/Academy. Ray graduated from Texas A&M University and is a partner and the EVP/COO at a global commercial real estate insurance agency, Commercial Insurance Solutions of Dallas, TX. Ray and his family have been part of Preston Ridge since 1996. In addition to current role as Elder, Ray has served as Deacon, Finance Committee Chairman and NEXT initiative leader. Ray has a passion for serving and helping others and has participated in mission trips both domestically and internationally.
