Mark Caswell
Lead Pastor
Mark became the Senior Pastor of Preston Ridge Church in June of 2024. He and his wife Terra have two boys, Hudson and Jack. They are the joy of their life and spending time with them doing anything and everything is their go to for rest, relaxation and fun!
Mark's prayer for Preston Ridge Church is that we would be a church that loves Jesus, loves people and builds his church. He hopes that our family of believers would be continually growing in their worship of Jesus as we invite others to Jesus, and develop leaders to build up the church to love Frisco for Jesus.

Ashley Campbell

Ashley is married to Scott Campbell. They have one daughter, Callie Brooke and two dogs, Toby and River. They have been members of Preston Ridge since 2018. Ashley graduated from Baptist Health Sciences University with a bachelor’s in radiologic sciences.

Zander Turner
Student Pastor

Zander became the Youth Pastor in August of 2024. He loves all Dallas sports teams, and truly believes that he is a top 10 Mario Kart player. Zander has been involved with Kanakuk Ministries for years, including Kampout, Link Year, and others.
He is passionate about the discipleship of teens and developing leaders. His desire is to see the students of Preston Ridge fall in love with Jesus and to have a blast while teaching truth

Janet bell
Administrative Ministries Assistant | Drop-Off Location Coordinator for Operation Christmas Child
Janet received Jesus' gift of salvation at 8 years old and grew up being discipled by parents, older siblings, and Sunday School teachers. She graduated from Dallas Baptist University, where she dove into Scripture deepening her love and understanding of her Lord and Savior and His Word, in 2001 graduation. While at DBU, she married Andrew Bell after growing up together in Richardson. In 2000, they moved to Frisco and discovered Preston Ridge, where they attended, joined, and plugged into a young adult class, briefly as volunteers for the Student Ministry, as teachers of Pre-K, MOPS leader, men's and women's retreats, deacon, Parents' Night Out coordinators, Operation Christmas Child Drop-Off Location Coordinator (2009 to present), staff member, adult teachers, and elder. Their family doubled with the arrival of Seth and Joseph. In August of 2011, Preston Ridge offered Janet the opportunity to administratively serve on staff. She finds joy and gratitude in serving her Savior daily through her family, weekly through her church family, and yearly through OCC. For her, there is no greater honor than to be used by God in these areas of life. Janet has been a member of PRC for over 24 years.
